1 / How do I create a route in Rep Route?

After logging into the app and updating the filters to match your preferences, select doctors from either the Map View or List View. Click the "Add To Route" button on the top right of each Doctor Card. Go to the "My Route" tab to see your selected doctors under the "Current" sub-tab. You can rearrange the order by holding down on a doctor card and dragging it, or you can click the "Optimize" button to have Rep Route automatically optimize the route based on your current location.

2 / How do I use my customized route?

After creating a route under the "Current" sub-tab in the "My Route" tab, click the "Route" button at the bottom right of the app. This will redirect you to your default maps app, which will navigate you from your current location to the first doctor in your list. After visiting the doctor, return to the Rep Route app and click the "Route" button again to navigate to the next doctor in your list.

3 / Can I save my routes for future use?

Yes, Rep Route automatically saves your customized routes after you have visited every doctor in your "Current My Route" list. You can access these routes anytime from the "History" sub-tab in the "My Route" tab.

4 / How does Rep Route find the best doctors in my area?

Rep Route uses a combination of doctor specialties, prescribing habits, and location to suggest the best doctors suited for your specific specialty call point.

5 / Is there a way to track my performance using Rep Route?

Yes, Rep Route changes the pin icons on each visited Doctor Card in the "Current" sub-tab in the "My Route" tab from dark blue to teal to help you keep track of visited locations. Once all the offices in the "Current" sub-tab are visited, the pin icons will return to their original blue color.
